Our story

Graduated from a hotel school in Switzerland, I had the possibility to gain experience in luxury hotels abroad. Thanks to this background, I had the opportunity to manage a chalet domain with hotel services in Megève.

The complexity of renting a property and the need to accompany the owners in this adventure was obvious to me.

The Julius Homes website was then launched and includes a large choice of properties selected by me.

First contact

After a brief call with a team member to define the broad lines of your rental project, we agree to a personalized meeting to visit your property.

Creation of listing

We then organize the listing of your property taking into account the different services we can offer you.

Installation of accommodation

Preparation of your accommodation according to the Julius Homes charter. If necessary we provide a Home Staging service. We organize the linens, check the equipment and do the first cleaning. Welcome of your first travelers.
